Still dust everywhere and cleaning and mopping on daily basis, but… not as bad as the first. Remember the debris on the first week? No more of that.
Here’s a sneak peak of the almost completed wet works.
If anyone tells us that wet works should not take too long – boy are you wrong, you should see the 2 tilers work meticulously everyday.
They bend and cut and measure the entire day stopping only for a quick break. They do this for 2 weeks in all the dusty and dirty area, which we avoid.
What we should have done was to secure the couch and big furnitures with shrink wrap and then cover it with old bedsheets.
Yes – take note to set aside your old bedsheets or pillow sheets or blankets or any cloths to be trashed, if you’re planning to do any renovation of somekind.
We use old towels, wet them everyday and use it as floormats to prevent more dust from going into our bedrooms while the kitchen was being worked on.
This is our 3rd week and next would be the carpentry work 😊 …
